Introduction :

Sodium Alginate is a kind of linear macromolecule carbohydrates extracted from brown seaweed.It consists of α - L - Mannuronic acid and β - D - Guluronic acid.FZ50 is a Kind of complex food additives,which is obtained on the basis of sodium alginate by improved formulation.FZ50 plays a better performance in bread making process,which is safe and healthy.
